2) Site Visit   

After we review your property we will reach out to you to discuss our findings and learn more about your needs and vision! From there we will setup a time to come to your site to meet you and investigate further so we understand exactly the unique conditions of your property.

1) Zoning Analysis

Please fill out our Zoning Analysis request form and we will provide you with a free site review that will determine the best options available for your site and highlight any potential complications. Navigating the different regulations in each town can be challenging but we will handle all of that for you!

3) Design

Now that we have a clear understanding of your property we can start the fun part: Design!

We will work with you to develop a plan that is right for your needs, your site and of course your budget. If the project will be financed we will work hand in hand with your lender to make certain there are no surprises.

4) Construction

Once you are 100% satisfied with the design, we will obtain the required building permits and begin construction! You will be provided with a detailed Construction Schedule along with weekly updates to make certain that everything is as stress free as possible!

All of these designs can be either attached to your primary house or they can be detached, stand alone homes - it all depends on your needs. Attaching to the home is more like a standard building addition, which can be a bit more complex and therefore take longer and cost more than a stand alone, but sometimes that is the only path forward so, please, do not worry - we will find the perfect fit for your situation!
